empowering children with life-saving swimming skills, water safety and confidence.
Teaching children 6 months and older essential water safety and self-rescue skills through the Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) method.
WHAT IS ISR?
Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) is a specialized water safety program designed for children from 6 months of age. Unlike traditional swimming, ISR focuses on building essential survival skills through self-rescue techniques and water safety awareness. By introducing children to the water at an early stage, we help them develop the confidence and ability to handle unexpected situations, ensuring a lifetime of safe and joyful aquatic experiences.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
I am a wife and mother of two with a background in dental hygiene and a passion for drowning prevention and water safety. My journey to becoming a certified Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) instructor began after my own children completed ISR lessons. Seeing firsthand the confidence and life-saving skills they gained opened my eyes to the incredible impact of ISR and the growing need for instructors in Central Minnesota.
Â
Today, my mission is to help provide more families with access to ISR lessons while equipping children with the skills they need to be safer in and around the water. I am passionate about serving families across Central MN and helping create a future where not one more child drowns.
